How do you get a narcissistic man to admit he's wrong?

Perhaps you could convince a narcisstic man to admit when he's wrong by pointing out that admitting when you're wrong makes you a better man and builds character.

make him feel like *beep*(obscene word for fecal matter),

so he knows hes wrong,

and full of *beep*(obscene word for fecal matter).

its the only way....

I think they would give you many reasons why they could not be wrong, but if they were obviously wrong, they would not be very happy about admitting it and they would find some way of getting back at the person who'd proved them wrong.

A true narcissist will simply ignore the fact of their being wrong, end the discussion and disappear for a while. One of the hallmarks of narcissistic personality disorder is the inability to admit wrongdoing- even when presented with objective evidence of their errors or behavior. Even if a narcissist really screws up and you were there to witness the event, they will erase it from their memory and within a short period of time, it never happened. It is easier for a narcissist to write off a friend forever, a friend that witnessed their error, than it is to admit they were wrong.
