to get a "thigh gap" you should definitely try squats (going fully to the ground at back up again) for me 20 squats a day worked after about 1 month you start to notice a gap in between your thighs the longer you carry on with this the bigger the gap becomes. although the squatting works i would recommend that you do it along with other excercises as the more fit and active you are the quicker and more obvious the gap in between your thighs will become :) hope i helped you guys xx
If it is below the inner thigh, it has to be the lower leg and if about the knee is the thigh, itself. There is no name for what you described.
