You go to your parents and ask for help. They have your best interest at heart.

If normal parents, they won't be angry for longer than the shock will last. They will be supportive and compassionate.

If not normal parents, see baby daddy and his parents, if he is under-age like yourself.

There are a lot of options, there is nothing specific anyone can tell you here, no one knows your story or what your going through, but parents is the #1 option to turn to first. It is their responsibility/job to help you, and 98% of the time they genuinely want to help, not because they have to.
