There are some creames such as paw-paw, teetree oil and aloe vera but basically you just have to let them get better on their own, the worst thing to do is pick the scabs cause that leaves scaring.

It depends what kind of sores you have and what caused them. If you are diabetic or if the sores get worse and wont heal you have to seek medical help right away. If you get infections it can get really bad and it´s not uncommon for diabetics to lose a limb. So before you put anything on seek help and let a doctor evaluate it. Aloe Vera and the others are also not supposed to be used with certain other medications. They can cause more harm then help.
