Recovering from a suicide attempt involves seeking professional help, such as therapy or counseling, to address underlying mental health issues. It's important to build a support network of friends, family, or support groups who can provide understanding and encouragement. Practicing self-care, developing coping strategies, and engaging in activities that bring joy can also aid in healing. Remember, recovery is a process, and it's okay to seek help whenever needed.
