A constant headache from a 4 year old bump is not good. I suggest going to your doctor or gp. Especially if it was near the temple.
A sinus headache that turns into a bump on the head and then turns into a scab could actually be a boil. You should see a doctor for confirmation.

Um,you should be concirned if you hit your temple.It;s a very gentle area and you might have internal bleeding.About the bump-if it's purple,red or green and it's soft-it's well i don't really know the word in English but it's not life threatening.It can become bigger and after that it will start to become smaller and it will change colours.
If its a one time occurrence then it could simply have been from a bump or a temporary stress. If you continue to get headaches a conclusion may be reached as to the cause.
That depends on how it got there, if the child hit his/her head and it's just a small bump with no headache or vision problems it is probably OK. You should check with your pediatrician anyway just in case it is a concussion.
I don't know, but I get them too. With my 24-hour migraine I always find a bump or bumps. If I massage them, the migraine pain lessens. The next day, the bump/s are weeping and crusty, then later a hard scale forms. Gross. What the heck is it?
