Before you get rid of your headake you need to find whats causing it. It may be dehydration to a cold in witch case you will need lots of rest and plenty to drink take the day off but going online or looking at screens will only make your head ake worse if you wake up try reading a book try not to do puzzles and crosswords as this can confuse the brain even more. It could also be that your going to sleep rather late and need an early night.
