This is a bacterial infection. Go to a pharmacy and get an anti-bacterial acne wash. It should clear up in three weeks , or a month.

Since it is a bacterial infection, just use any anitbiotic ointment. It will clear it up very quickly.

Try epsom salt baths twice a day for 30 minutes (18 oz of epsom salts and hot tub of water) if you don't have a bath tub you can soak your bum in a plastic container that is large enough to hold you without causing discomfort or tipping over.

It may take a few days, but it should help.

Also, apply topical acne treatments, especially a 2% beta hydroxy gel or cream and benzoyl peroxide (don't get it on clothes or it will bleach them).
