The first trick is is to remember to put on sunscreen and put more on every two hours. Since you already have a sunburn, you need to get indoors. Put on loose clothing that doesn't bother the burn. Take a cold shower, be careful when drying off. Put on Aloe Vera all over the burn. Let it sit for a while. Then put water and vinegar in a bowl and have somebody put it on the sunburn.
Don't do things that hurt more (like raising your hand when you have a sunburn on your arm or shoulder).

If this is a true sunburn you cannot get rid of it in five minutes. Anymore than you can get rid of a burn if you touch a hot pan in an oven. You will have to wait until the burn heals that could be as long as five days.
Vinegar may provide temporary relief for sunburn, but it is not a proven or recommended treatment. It is best to use aloe vera or other soothing remedies specifically designed for sunburn.
