I am a girl guitar player and those kind of zits are the worst when I have to play at a concert I usually just take a bunch of rubbing alcohol and with a cotton ball hold a lot of the alcohol on the ball down on your check. do this for about 5-10 minutes then put some white pimple cream over it also an oatmeal bath for your face will clean your poors, MOST IMPORTANTLY TAKE A LOT OF SHOWERS!

thigh 'pimples' are not always pimples. they are sometimes heat rash. when your outside sweating your legs rub together causing this. to reduce them, moisturize!
