Eat a healthy diet, such as green veggies, fruits, whole grain, oats, (avoid white bread) and a healthy amount of supplements like fish oil, and odourless garlic. They really help you. They are also very good for you too.

Water. drink plenty of water. (8 glasses)

Don't wash your face with HOT water use warm, and use a gentle cleanser like cetaphyll. DON't moisturize at night unless you feel you need to, and if you can, use a toner in stead. It's very better.
