If you work out then that will cause your heart to pump faster witch will cause your veins to expand from all the rushing blood and then your veins will almost pop out of your legs but this will not hurt or harm you. Also if you stress your leg then that can also make your vein pop out of your leg. But my advice is not to be taken literal.
