Just relax, once you start getting your period you will notice its not to scary at all. I know how you feel, i was once your age to. Once you get your first period just tell an adult you trust like your mom (that's who i went to) she will know just what to do. Another good thing to do is talk to your mom about it if your really that scared. ; )

When you get your first period, don't freak. Keep a pad or two in your locker or purse. Or you can buy a pad from one of those little machines (they normal cost 25 cents). Most school nurses will provide one if you happen to start while at school. Clean up your underwear as much as you can. Put on the pad or if you don't have one, fold up some toilet paper. Tell your mom or another trusted woman. It's perfectly normal!

Tell a friend or an adult that you feel comfortable with talking to that you got your first period. You can ask them ANY questions that you have. And just remember, getting your period is a normal thing that is going to happen. There is no reason to be scared, worried, or stressed about it. Just relax.
