The only thing you can really do is rest it. Just do what ever you can to not use the muscle very much. It normally takes about 2-4 weeks for a pulled muscle to heal. I haven't heard to many cases of a pulled muscle in the abdomen. So you might want to see a doctor and make sure its not a hernia.
