Well there are many ways. What i do is 1 use the restroom. 2 rub my stomach. it actually works (for me) hope this helps!

It kind of depends on what's causing the stomach ache. Just drinking some water may help. It can dilute the stomach acid (if you have too much acid, for example).

you can also try this pose.

sit on the floor on your knees. Bend down and lay on your thighs. as some of you might know, this pose is called child's pose. this pose helps stomach aches and upset stomachs. hope it helps!
