There is a test that can be taken to determine hearing levels. You have to see an ENT which is a doctor that specializes in ears, nose and throat problems. The test isn't painful, it is just putting earphones on your head and listening to tones. This is a very good thing to do to possibly prevent any further hearing loss, if possible.
