How do you make a penis be straight?

If you have a curvature of the penis that is greater than 30 degrees, you can have surgery to straighten it. However this may lead to the penis being shortened somewhat.

Any curvature less than 30 degrees is not considered abnormal.

Not necessarily. Every penis has its own shape. When erect, some can have a slight to medium curve in all different directions. Although it should be noted that some penises are completely straight as well. There is nothing wrong with a curved penis, unless the man has "peyronie's disease", in which one side of the penis develops hardended fibrous plaque within the soft tissue areas, on the inside of the penis, causing the penis to not be able to stretch or expand in that particular area, while the rest of the penile tissues are able to expand and stretch when erection occurs. Thus, causing an abnormally curved penis, that is quite a bit more severely bent compared to a normal penis that has a slight curve. Usually Peyronie's causes the penis to curve upwards at a sharp angle, thereby shortening the length of the man's penis. Some say it can be corrected, others for some reason grow out of the condition eventually, while others unfortunately do not.

The shaft of the penis is made of two cylindrical sections called the corpora cavernosa that fill up with blood during erection. Since there is great pressure build up in this area, any slight differentiation can cause the penis to bend, or more likely, curve upwards. Sometimes it can be straight, or even curve sideways.
