Well, globophobia is quite a rare phobia, and is mainly caused by something that happened to you in your childhood. I used to have this phobia, and its not fun at all.

First, do NOT tell friends at school or any place about it. They will most likely taunt you with balloons by popping them and squeezing them. Here is one method that personally might help for popper haters who aren't afraid of touching or blowing balloons.

-Blow up 1-3 small balloons (A little bit bigger than a Baseball).

-Try popping them, in any comfortable way you like.

-Continue this for a couple tries until you are used to it.

-Now blow up 1-3 bigger balloons (A few more blows than the last set).

-Pop them as well in any way you'd like.

-Continue this process, until you are better of them.

For ones in fear of touching or blowing, I do not really know how to solve that. But maybe seeing a therapist or doctor for your issues may work as well.
