Just wipe with the sterile wipe they give you and sit on the toilet and pee into the cup. It's not that hard. You can also pee into something else, as long as it's clean, if it's easier with something bigger, and then pour it over into the cup. You can even pee into a empty clean jam jar and bring it to the doctor and pour it over there. The cups used in hospitals are not sterile so the jar doesn't have to be, just clean.

You should get a bottle out and put a jacket or blanket over you then if you are wearing a skirt move down your undies then hold the bottle up to your pee spot. If you are wearing pants then you do the same except you need to pull down your pants.
