So first put your two hands (two index fingers) about half a centimeter away from the opening of your vagina make sure its on the inside of your legs. It should be inbetween your legs, not under and over. Then, start squeezing it a little, to the point that it hurts just a little, and then start massaging your vagina. Open and close your vagina while squeezing with your pubic bone/muscle. open and close your legs. When I gave birth, this is exactly how it felt like, which was kind of amazing that I can assimulate it again.
