Eat small low fat meals.

Do not go to bed on a full stomach.

Raise the head of your bed with blocks, pillows, or wedges.

Avoid caffiene, smoking, alcohol, spicey foods, fatty foods, and aspirin and NSAIDs such as Motrin, Advil, Aleve and ibuprofen.

& try to let your body heal itself.

A water fasting cure is also recommended. ~10 days,
