*Keeping a high self-esteem and self body image

*Not teasing or making fun of others about image, weight, bodies, ect.

*Ignoring those who say negative things about you

*Live a healthy lifestyle, eat right, exercise well

*Get someone help if you think they are developing an eating disorder. It is always best to stop it before it can get any worse.
