How do you push out a baby?

The doctors cut open the stomach and pull the baby out and then stitch the stomach back together. It is a very delicate process, ask your mom about it though. No, I'm kidding... Ask you mom. That is NOT how babies come out...

When your vagina is fully dilated at 10cm, you'll be ready to push. As you push right down into your bum, the baby is pushed further down the birth canal and out of your body. Big pushes are more effective to start with to get the baby down but after that gentle pushes and slow breathing is the best way to go!

You will do it on your own during labor cause it will just come, otherwise its like going to the toilet (not being gross) Its alot of pain. Trust me.

We just push when we feel it it is hard because you will be very tired and weak so we have to just try to relax and push
