I have had a few huge cyst and even an operation to take one away but now I have another huge one on my forehead and the bitch is swollen as hell I put warm compress on it for hours and it helps but it still stays a little swollen and it. Swells up again during the day and I repeat this non stop

answ2. The older treatment used to be excision. They are full of surplus sebum - skin oil, and the gland is faulty, or blocked.

There are some modern drugs that reduce the production of sebum, but over the whole body. And don't deal with the blocked gland.

Go to a doctor and they will refer you to a head and neck surgeon if they think they should be removed. To remove them you will either be put under general or local anaesthetic, then an incision will be made along the skin above the cyst and they will remove it. It will then be sewn up.
