It depends how you are wearing it the next day. If you plan to strighten it the next morning you can either just to it at night to save you some time, or brush it out and put it in a low lose pony tail.
If you want it naturally curly, do a low pony tail (damp), then spry the tail with hair spray (Dove is the a less expensive product that doesn't damage your hair as bad) and twist it, then i put it in a bun. It looks really nice the next day! just take it down and add some more spray!
Good Luck!

No, it is not harmful to sleep with wet hair. However, you might wake up with wispy locks in the morning and it could take you longer to style your hair. Your pillow will also get wet which may disturb your night's sleep.
Sleep does not directly make your hair grow faster. Sleep allows you to rest and de-stress causing your hair to grow faster.
Oh, I do it all the time!! It helps to prevent your hair from getting tangles. But it also gives your hair a really nice wave in the morning, especially when your hair is wet when you go to sleep.
Yes, lack of sleep can contribute to hair thinning. Sleep is essential for overall health, including the regulation of hormones and stress levels, both of which can impact hair growth. Chronic sleep deprivation may lead to increased stress and imbalances in hormones like cortisol, which can negatively affect the hair growth cycle and potentially result in hair loss. Maintaining proper sleep hygiene is important for both hair health and overall well-being.
