jump and then land on your knee or pivot and then fall over while still twisting. you could bend your leg plant your foot firmly on the round the hit your knee from the front or the side with something hard. you could just do something minor where it hurts slightly like strain it and then pretend you cant walk on it and you will get crutches. if you do get a sprain you will want to treat it with r.i.c.e rest, ice, compression and elevation. you could break it by hitting it with a sledge hammer . you could fake it by
1.you go to a room in the house where there is no one there (make sure someone is on the house where they can here what you do)
2. hit the wall and then lie on the ground and call someone in
3.tell them you fell over and that you have hurt your knee so bad that you need crutches because you cant walk
