How do you stop getting sunburned?

run it under a cold water tap for about 15-20 minutes depending on the burn.... then ice it.... go and see a gp if it is really bad and they may prescribe a cream to help treat it and not get it infected also put and bandage or plaster on it. If you cant feel it then that means you have a 3rd degree burn and need to call and ambulance because you have cut off the nerve

If you get burned and you notice it then right away grab a wash cloth get it cold and damp. don't rub dab it will hurt. put on aloe lotion quickly and so much of it! this will be gone with in 2 and a half days trust me hope this helps!! (:

add Vaseline to the burn immediately after you burn yourself it works wonders stopping the burn from leaving a mark however the Vaseline can cause the sensation of burning (sweet irony) or run under cold water for 30 minutes

Use Sunscreen, avoid the sun by all means neccessary, and remember may the sun be with us all

Tea bags are soothing due to the tanin, aloe vera or aloe vera extracts are both soothing and healing.
