There are many ways. Trying out meditation would be a good start. Also I know that there are herbs that keep you from feeling drowsy. If I remember correctly the name of the herb is Valerian. I took it to help with a sleeping disorder of my own and it worked well. Also if you are trying to get some sleep try Melatonin. It is a great and extremely safe way to regulate sleeping patterns. You can pick up Valerian and Melatonin at you local general store in pill form for around 5 dollars.
