1. Just like an Antidrug find something to keep your mind wrapped, otherwise you'll have a tough time quitting with all the thinking of "Toes"
2. After you find your antidrug begin to learn more about it if its a sport, game, etc.
3. Next is physical treatment. Try a warm bath and i mean Very warm, not scorching hot i mean soothing hot. Just relax for about 10-25 minutes just relaxing in the tub, or even a foot therapy instrument, such as a foot massager.
4. Now you have your "antidrug" and your ideal of soothing for your toe and other body parts.

PS. I am and still a victim of this problem of cracking the toes. My toe cracking is RARE now all because i did this on my own. All you have to do is believe. I know many of you don't have this problem, But just follow what you Believe what you can do, not what you Cant do!
Nothing scientific behind my answer, but what helped me, was i just made a Really tight fist. I did this because it helped stretch my fingers/toes/jaw/etc

I know cracking knuckles leads to fat knuckles when older. So cracking toe knuckles can be harmful. Their only good when you crack them while stretching, not for fun
No, But you most be more careful about your feet. Your are required to check your feet regularly and cure cracked feet toes if any immediately.

I love to crack my toes. I can do it a couple different ways so here they are. The first way is by simply pointing them upwards. Another way is to curl them down really hard then lifting them up slowly. Then you can also just crack them against something hard. Finally I like to curl my toes against my calf then just lift them slowly (I just do that if there's nothing hard around. Hope it works for you! It feels really good to!
