Well, 'correctly' would entail recognizing that your skin is reacting to your broken diet. While there are artificial means to rid yourself of these, antibiotics and such, the cure is probably worse than the symptom, and the best way is to find out what your skin is showing an adverse reaction to. You might start with your overprocessed milk products, as they seem to be high on the list, as are fried foods.
