The child won't show any symptoms indicative of AIDS because there are a multitude of illnesses that could arise from and are normally associated with AIDS. Flue, pneumonia, tonsillitis, Rosacea. These are just to name a few. As you could see, there are no specific, visible symptoms that would definitively ID AIDS. The only way to know for sure is testing.
