Typically you need to open of the nasal passages. THis can be accomplished with an over the counter nasal spray (use sparingly). Then the sinuses need to be cleaned out. Use a netti pot style saline rinse. Should you have a bacterial infection, or more serious viral infection within your sinus, you need to seek professional medical attention.
