I was diagnosed with a coco bacilli infection and it worried me a lot whether to think and accept that I got this from having sex with my partner but then i was proven wrong when the doctor said that having an infection like this one must not treat like a big deal. it is a common infection to all girls who are active and inactive in their sex lives. we must be careful when using other public toilets and also usage of panty liners should be taken out after 4 hours. do not use tissue when wiping the genital area. instead, use a small wet towel. use feminine wash with pH care to protect it from itching and odor. eat vegetables and fruits. stay away from too much eggs, mayonnaise, fried fish, noodles, chicken, fish sauce, shrimps seafoods. try to atleast drink yakult twice a day and eat yohgurt ice cream.
