The best way to make someone regain consciousness, is to sit them down in a non-restricted area, loosen any tight clothing and lightly fanning them to cool their body temperature. That mostly likely means they are in a coma or a stubborn sleeper. It is probably the first of the two since this is a medical question area. You can't do anything I know to force someone out of a coma. It takes time and needs to be dealt with patiently. If they are a stubborn sleeper, then airhorn.
