Tarte Cosmetics makes a great Maracuja Lip Exfoliant that resurfaces the skin and hydrates at the same time. If you don't want to spend $16 on an exfoliator, you can make a great DIY one at home with a few ingredients: olive oil and sugar. Just mix a bit of the two ingredients in a bowl and you're set!
Regardless of whether you try a store-bought exfoliator or make your own, you exfoliate the same way. Simply massage a small amount of the exfoliator onto your lips, and then wipe them clean.
After exfoliating, you'll need to moisturize. eos lip balm is amazing and affordable, as is Burt's Bees. You can even use Vaseline!
