If you know someone who you suspect is anorexic, or shows any signs of anorexia, you should tell someone, because the sooner someone is helped the better. Anorexia really affects your life, it can completely change your life, and also affects the lives of people around you. You can end up in hospital, or even dead. Also, you will basically become a corpse and even though you supposedly don't care about food anymore, trust me, you won't be able to focus on anything but food.
