Because people with annorexia only concentrate on their looks and bodies. They cant concentrate on anything else. schoolwork, jobs, families, nothing. And they get morbid and depressed, and just feel like nothings going to work out and feel like lying in bed all day. And it also affects the families because its hard on them to see one of their family members feeling this way.
