Leukemia doesn't affect your body, it affects your circulatory system and affects your blood, but sometimes your hair can fall out depending on how severe your leukemia is.

Mostly it because Leukemia is a cancer in the bone marrow that creates abnormal white blood cells that crowd the rest of the other blood cells and disables them from doing their regular jobs. Another organ system from the top of my head would be the Immune system because white blood cells can't fight diseases with the overcrowd.
