Mantyke does not evolve at a specific level. First, fly to SunnyShore city. Next, walk left, all the way to the beach. Surf with a Pokemon on the beach. Use the Good Rod in the water at the beach.Catch A Remoraid. Put the Remoraid in you Party NEXT to Mantyke. Level up Mantyke for a Mantine. :) And for use of the Remoraid, level it up to level 25 and it will evolve into Octillery. Hope it helped!
