It all depends on your body it can be anywhere from a couple of hors to many many hours. I have five kids my first one I was in labor for 24 hrs. my second 2 1/2 hours my third 3 hrs. my fourth 12 hrs. and my last child 8 hrs. I suggest walk alot i find that it helps.
