I believe the rate of klinefelter's in the population is 1 male in every 600 or so. One doesn't "get" Klinefelter's--it's a congenital condition (you have it from birth) in which a male, instead of having the standard XY combination (males have XY; females have XX) instead has XXY. A genetic test must be done to diagnose Klinefelter's Syndrome.

People with Klinefelter's syndrome are infertile because the presence of an extra chromosome prevents them from undergoing meiosis. Therefore, the probability of having a biological child is 0. (However, some may adopt children or have stepchildren.) ...ZERO is incorrect. A urologist can perfrom a testicular extraction and may find tiny amounts of sperm in the testes - enough to father a child....generally you have donated/back up sperm to use with the female just in case. So while the numbers are small - its worth a shot.
