If someone is asirated they are choking on something, this could be vomit, blood in which case you roll em, if they are boarded you can roll the whole thing, however suction, suction at a rate of 15,10,5 adult, child,infant. Agonal respirations, visible signs of respitory distress, or respitory failure. Could be from choking on toy, Lincoln log ect.. Children will compensate for longer periods of time, but then crash hard. You should also remember that the main reason for cardiac arrest in a small child, baby ect.. is respitory failure.
