Assuming you received the typically-administered medications for colonoscopy, the anxiety and panic attacks you are experiencing are not related to the anesthesia. These medications are long out of your system by now. Furthermore, they would be expected to have the opposite effect, as the most common medications used during colonoscopy involve reducing pain and anxiety.
