it is spread though the lungs , because the microbes are so small it makes it easier however they spread slowing which means that you might not get any symptoms for i while , it could take up to a year to realise you have tb.

Tuberculosis is spread mostly through the air, when an infected person coughs, sneezes, talks, spits, or simply breathes, the tuberculosis particles get into the air and can be inhaled by other people.
