How long after taken biotin will your hair grow?

It takes a good month of everyday doses of biotin to get in your system..it really does help tho...just take it everyday for a month and you will start to notice a difference...thres not much out there to maaake your hair "grow" but biotin does help more then other things....

Yes it will. You can take one or two biotin pills a day and in about a month or two you should see a difference in your hair. It makes it healthy, and longer. This always depends on how long your hair grows naturally, your hair might grow faster or slower than others. My mom is using biotin and she black and German (her hair grows so slow) and her hair grew and inch and its so soft, so biotin definitely works. Also use olive oil, it doesn't make hair grow but it makes healthy and gives it natural oils. What I do is I put olive oil on my hair before I shower and leave it on for 10-15 minutes and then I get in the shower and shampoo and condition and my hair comes out so soft and shiny. Carrot oil is also good for split ends.

I started taking biotin about 1 months ago and my hair has grown almost 2 inches. so i would say to wait about a month and a half or at least 2 months. when taking Biotin you should drink lots of water and i also massage my scalp once a day, i use olive oil a lot on my hair to help prevent split ends. i cut my hair once every 3 months. I also use Man N Tail shampoo and conditioner. i hope everything i wrote down helps everyone grow their hair faster. Please do not forget to drink lots of water.

I just started using it about two weeks and I've also been taking folic acid, drinking 7 bottles of water a day, eating HEALTHY, deep conditioning my hair every week and wrapping it before i go to bed and i must say that my hair has grown nearly 4 inches in a month! I'm content with the results :)
