How long does it take for a babys first teeth to completely come in after teething symptoms have started?

My pediatritain told me it can last for months, weeks, days, or hours. My son started teething at 2 months. Swollen gums and rooling, but he is 5 months now and still no tooth. But the fussiness and drolling, and chewing has become more severe. SO Im hoping it'll happen soon. He has began to pull his ear and hair. People keep telling me he might have an ear infection, but he was cleared of that 2 weeks ago. And medical articles say ear pulling is usually not ear infection but teething.

The first teeth a baby will have are the lateral incisors which can be around 6 to 12 months. It can take a week or two to actually come in. Some babies can start teething as early as 3 months.

See it depend on child to child.many of the children are able to get teeth back in just a month and for many it takes around three to four months.If you can feel something hard in the gums then that is ok or wait for few months for teeth to grow back.

Try not touching them with tongue as this may lead to deformed teeth.Eat curd and drink milk these helps in growth of teeth.

Around seven or eight months. Careful, they teeth HURT when they bite!! Its rare but some babies are born with teeth
