Ask your doctor, it is diffrent for everyone. I just recently broke my collerbone playing Rugby. For most people it is 3-4 weeks, but if you really did a number on it and need surgery, it will take up to 4-8 weeks to completely heal.

i had just recently broken myn this year.

some doctors say its completely healed within 12 weeks,
a lot of people can start moving around their arm roughly around 3-4 weeks. it all depends on how bad the facture/brake it, it could range anywhere from 4-12 weeks.

Though the bone only takes about 3 months to completely heal (more for smokers, since their lower oxygen intake restricts bone healing times), any associated nerve or tissue damage typically takes longer, and it of course is dependent on the person and type of injury or operation involved. Healing method is important too - if you're wearing a fixed collar which isn't supposed to be removed or other type of restraining device, the muscles will become more atrophied and it takes longer to recover. That's why a soft collar is typically used - it can be removed so that the patient can move the neck during periods of limited activity to keep the muscles from becoming weak as the bone heals.

You shouldn't technically "pierce" your collar bones. You should get microdermal implants, and it doesn't really take that long. About 5-10 minutes, I'd assume. But, please, don't pierce them yourself, you don't know what you're doing, and the chances that you have the knowledge or proper tools to do that is very low.
