Not sure about your question, but mucus is a normal thing for the vagina. The tissue in the vaginal sheath contains goblet cells that secrete mucus. This is completely normal and helps to prevent tissue damage. If the vagina did not stay moist, that would be completely unhealthy and require treatment to prevent permanent damage.
No, mucus in the vagina is normal and is sometimes a sign of increased fertility
The cervix extends into your vagina and fills with mucus during pregnancy, this is called the mucus plug which is a protective barrier. When you're pregnant the cervix position is firm, long and closed until the third trimester

Yes. You may notice that you have more mucus in between your cycles. That is ovulation, and the increased mucus is to aid the sperm in fertilizing the egg. After ovulation happens, the vagina doesnt need to be as moist, b/c there is no reason it needs sperm to travel. Its normal.
No. way too long!
Yes, because the discharge is largely from vaginal secretions. So, if she has a vagina, then she will have discharge.
