first of all, i wouldn't suggest bulima as a weight loss option because it is extremely unhealthy and can lead to serious health problems if not stopped in time. If you are looking for a good way to lose weight i would suggest eating a healthy balanced diet and try to get at least 90 mins of physical activity a day. I know you have probably heard this before and think its not going to work or have tried it and have been unsucessful, however it is the healthiest way to lose weight and if you are dedicated to a healthy lifestyle, you will be suprised how fast you will start losing weight and how good you will feel after eating healthier and excersising more. :)
