Well I got them in both eyes today and i'm pretty sure it was from snorting a reasonably small amount of amphetamines, just a couple of bumps for each nostril over a 24 hour period or so. It burnt quite a bit and made the eye's water. So for me they showed up within 24 hours, maybe give or take a couple of hours. I'm guessing it also might depend how you got the burst blood vessel...
